There are 3 levels of landscape services offered below for you to choose from but all can be adjusted to meet the needs of your particular property. Levels of Landscape maintenance offered:
Lawn Care Only (nothing outside the lawn areas)
- Bi-monthly mowing (weekly available) – all clippings removed from site
- Back pack blowing of sidewalks and driveway each visit
- Edging each visit • Licensed application of Fertilizer when appropriate
- Licensed application of weed control in lawn area only if desired by client
Lawn Care and Surrounding Landscape
- Everything above PLUS
- Hedge and shrub pruning – all debris removed from site
- Licensed Weed control in surrounding landscape beds
Full Landscape Maintenance (you don’t have to lift a finger!)
- Everything above PLUS
- Irrigation system start up, shut down, monitoring, maintenance and simple repairs (major repair work available for additional fee)
- Tree maintenance, limbing up and maintaining proper form (up to 15”) – all debris removed from site
There are NO CONTRACTS to sign. Our good work will warrant your continued patronage. We provide the above services on a year-round basis. The monthly rate we will give you is a yearly fee for the services at the level you select for your custom landscape maintenance package that is prorated into a monthly amount that provides continuity for your monthly expenses.
